How to place a prescription order:
By presenting a prescription or having your doctor call/fax/e-prescribe
How to obtain a refill- by calling/using our app/emailing
How to access medications in case of an emergency or disaster- If you are due for refill or are waiting for a new prescription to be filled we will contact you if there is a major storm warning. If you run out, call the pharmacy and we will make every effort to deliver your meds. If we are not able to get to you, we may contact a pharmacy near you to dispense. If we cannot reach you, we will contact your physician with further instructions.
How to check on a prescription status – by calling us/ using our app. We will send you a text message once your medication is ready for pick up/delivery
Information on prescription substitutions- depending on what your doctor orders, we will make every effort to provide you with the most cost effective substitution
How to transfer a prescription to another pharmacy- Have that pharmacy call 856-566-4300 so can can make the transfer
How to obtain medications not available at the pharmacy – we will find another pharmacy that can dispense and transfer all the information for you
How to handle medication recalls – we will call you if you have a medication that has been recalled and give you instructions on what to do. We will make sure the recalled medication is picked up as soon as possible and new medication is delivered.
